Review Session Committee
As Keramos is an Honor Fraternity, members have traditionally arranged and held review sessions before exams. Most of the review sessions have been for the junior level courses because they are the most difficult core classes in the curriculum. This year, Keramos branched out from the junior classes and also offered exam review sessions for TAM 206, Statistics and Mechanics of Materials. Although professors offer office hours, these review sessions are a supplementary time for students to get their questions answered. Facilitated by Mark Nowakowski, a senior in Keramos, the review sessions were beneficial to students in the courses so they could get help on certain concepts and to listen to what a former student thought was important in studying for the exams and succeeding in the course. Keramos members held these review sessions before each hourly exam and the final exam. Jonathan Hollander, Lindsay Schubel and Rachel Williams also held review sessions for courses such as MSE 402, Kinetics of Materials and MSE 403, Synthesis of Materials.
